anshu version 0.12

'anshu' is a filter which mangles text according a set of rules which
are intended to give a similar effect to a number of Anshu's postings.
Once you have got an executable, it is used in the form

	anshu <input-filename >output-filename

...and will suitably mangle your text. All the alterations are genuine
Anshu-isms, hand-picked by highly trained craftsmen, etc etc.
